Partner Model
& Onboarding

LocalPals connects international guests staying in villas and apartments in Croatia with a curated network of trusted local experience providers. This document outlines how the partnership works, the commercial terms, and how to apply.

What we do
We source and qualify booking requests from international guests. Partners receive confirmed, vetted inquiries — not raw leads.
Communication
All guest communication is managed by LocalPals from first inquiry to confirmation. Partners are not required to handle inbound requests directly.
Distribution
Selected partners appear in curated digital catalogs and printed guest guides placed inside villas. Placement is editorial, not paid.
Standards
We maintain a limited, actively managed network. Reliability, response quality and guest experience are monitored on an ongoing basis.
01 — The Model

How It Works

LocalPals manages the full booking flow. As a partner, you receive confirmed requests — we handle everything before and after.

Guest contacts LocalPals

Via digital catalog, printed guide, or direct outreach. The guest is not redirected to the partner at this stage.

LocalPals matches and qualifies

We select the right partner based on availability, category, guest profile and location.

Booking handled through LocalPals

LocalPals confirms availability, closes the booking and manages payment. The booking flow is controlled by LocalPals.

Partner receives confirmed booking

Full details: guest count, date, time, location, special requirements. Clean and ready to fulfil.

Partner delivers the service

Partner executes. Payment settled per agreed model. Guest feedback collected by LocalPals.

Important: Partners do not communicate pricing, availability or payment terms directly with guests unless explicitly agreed in advance.

02 — Commercial Terms

Payment Models
& Commission

Two payment models are available. Commission rates are fixed and agreed during onboarding.

Standard Commission

Applies to all partners by default. Deducted at settlement.

10%Preferred Rate

Partner Benefit Rate

For partners who commit to offering a recurring benefit to LocalPals guests. Agreed during onboarding.

The applicable commission rate and payment model are documented in your partner agreement and fixed for the agreement period.

Partner Requirements
& Guest Benefits

All partners are expected to meet these standards on an ongoing basis. Partners offering guest benefits qualify for the 10% preferred rate.

  • Responsive communication — confirmation within agreed response windows
  • Consistent service quality aligned with the standard described during onboarding
  • Clear and stable pricing — no changes after booking confirmation
  • Ability to handle international guests, including non-Croatian speakers
  • Accurate availability — no cancellations after confirmed bookings without exceptional cause

Conditions
Always agreed in advance. Never communicated to guests without explicit partner approval. Partners may opt out with 30 days notice, reverting to 20%.

Placement is editorial, not paid. It reflects partner quality and fit with active guest demand. LocalPals reserves the right to include or exclude partners from specific channels at any time.

Partners who commit to offering a guest benefit qualify for the 10% preferred rate. Standard rate is 20%.

1. General Agreement

By submitting this application, the Partner agrees to work with LocalPals under the terms described in this document — including the applicable commission structure, payment model, and service standards communicated during onboarding. LocalPals acts as an intermediary and does not bear liability for the Partner's service delivery.

2. Bookings & Commission

All bookings are handled through LocalPals. The Partner agrees to the commission rate selected in this application (20% standard or 10% preferred) and will not circumvent the LocalPals booking flow by arranging direct commercial transactions with LocalPals guests outside of confirmed bookings.

3. Data Processing & GDPR

LocalPals (Bottom Line Advisory d.o.o.) processes Partner data in accordance with EU data protection law (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Data submitted via this form will be stored in the LocalPals partner database and used for partner relationship management, booking coordination, and communications. The Partner may request access, correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting roee@local-pals.com.

4. Communications & Catalog Inclusion

The Partner consents to receiving operational communications from LocalPals (email, WhatsApp) and to their business details and visual content being included in LocalPals digital and printed guest materials. Both consents may be withdrawn at any time in writing. Governing law: Republic of Croatia.
